One part of The Shroff family established in Pakistan after partition of the Sub-Continent in 1947 as an independent business entity under guidance and umbrella of Late Sardar M. Shroff. The Sasi Group under new corporate image, structure and brand in 70's took international course under young, professional and dynamic leadership of Mr. Firoz Shroff and Mr. Abbas Shroff and with the new generation Mr. Khurram Shroff all educated and trained overseas in USA and UK. During their teamwork and direction, the group diversified in various business activities including real estate development, construction, retailing, publishing, education, healthcare, distribution, stock brokerage, corporate finance, asset management, M & A Activities and Merchant Banking.
